OPERATION WARNINGS:

In order to allow the entire room to be purified, it is important to ventilate long enough. You can calculate how long this is using the
following formula:
•
When you start cooking: always ventilate first for 10 minutes on a cooker hood setting 1 or 2.
•
When cooking fumes rise: continue to ventilate well during the cooking process (even at a higher motor speed).
•
After cooking: please let the cooker hood run for at least 10 minutes on a cooker hood setting 1 or 2.
The precise duration of overrun depends on the volume of the room (width x length x height = volume).

For every 50 m (room volume) you should allow 15 minutes post-ventilation.
Note: When using griddles and fryers, double the post-ventilation time. Ventilation remains essential for every form of recirculation.

MAINTENANCE:
When BORETTI PURO has been installed according to these instructions, it requires no specified maintenance. BORETTI PURO is cleaned
automatically as soon as it is put into operation.
There are no components that need to be replaced periodically, but you must follow the maintenance instructions of your cooking hood.
FAULTS:
Non-professional repairs are dangerous – you run the risk of an electric shock! If the module is faulty, remove the plug from the socket and
contact customer service.
Please consider that BORETTI PURO is not producing any noise while working.
You can see it's working by appreciating the smell reduction it assures (you can even unplug the BORETTI PURO and feel the smell
difference).
Though, the product has an internal LED signal which can be used by aftersales service to check the working conditions.

performance before calling the service.
