Spark plug
For good performance, the spark plug should be clean
and properly gapped between the electrodes.
1. Remove the spark plug cap, unscrew the spark plug
with the supplied key and check that it is clean;
2. Measure the distance between the electrodes with a
suitable tool. The distance must be between 0.7-0.8
mm. If necessary, fold the electrode until the
appropriate slack is reached;
3. Place the spark plug and tighten firmly. Failure to do
so may damage the engine;
4. If the spark plug does not spark when starting,
replace it;
To tighten/loosen the spark plug, use the supplied
spark plug wrench;

Throttle cable adjustment
1. Unscrew the throttle cable fixing screw;
2. Pull or release the throttle cable according to the
desired adjustment;
3. Tighten the throttle cable fixing screw while holding
the cable in the desired adjustment position;

Clutch cable adjustment
There are 3 clutch adjusting screws: The screw (20)
attached to the gear shift lever, the screw attached to
the shift lever and the screw placed in the middle of the
throttle cable (21) to a more accurate adjustment.
Reverse cable adjustment
If reverse adjustment is required, use the screw coupled
to the reverse gear handle.
Carburettor drain tap
1. Place a canister under the carburetor;
2. Open the Carburetor drain tap (38) and the fuel tap
(5);
3. allow all the oil to drain down;
4. Close the carburetor drain tap;
