COMMENT:
To get used to the correct work flow we recommend to glue some short specimen to obtain the right
"feeling". You will be surprised how easily and precisely the machine can be handled. You should
constantly monitor the glue supply and refill it at an early stage.
STATIONARY USE
Your edge banding device can also be converted into a stationary
unit. To do so please use the included assembly fixture. ABB. 4.
The thickness of the necessary worktop is at a minimum of 18 mm.
Cut an opening into the worktop by using the included drawing as a
template. Install the "assembly fixture" onto the worktop. Install the
gluing device onto the assembly fixture (to do so use the included
screws 3xM6).
An "auxiliary board" is needed (thickness of ca 3 mm) ABB. 6. That
way the work piece is guided 3 mm above the worktop.
