5. Usage
Press on the lid opener to open the tiltable lid. Fill the kettle with cold water and
press the lid down until it locks into place.
Note: A scale is provided on the glass body. Do not fill the container above the max-
imum mark. The boiling water may spurt out if the kettle is overfilled.
Place the kettle on the base plate. The ACTUAL temperature of the water in the
kettle is shown on the LED display. The display switches off automatically after 45
seconds of inactivity.
5.1 Heating the warm
There is an operating panel at the top of the handle. Press the "Temperature
button and select your desired temperature (40°C / 70°C / 80°C / 90°C) by pressing
repeatedly. The boiling process is started by briefly pressing the "ON/OFF
button, you hear a beep and the kettle heats to the selected temperature.
Alternatively, you can start the appliance by briefly pressing the "ON/OFF
button and heat it to 100°C. Once the water reaches the target temperature, you
hear the beep 3 times. The heating element switches off automatically and the
boiling process is stopped. The appliance can now be lifted and the water can be
used. If you want to stop the boiling process early on, you can press the "ON/OFF
" button at any time.
Please wait until the boiling process is completed. You will hear a beep at the
end.
