The product is a portable, lightweight, single-phase 230 V,
50/60Hz welder with inverter technology. It allows MMA welding
with all electrodes type. The model allows TIG welding of the
most metals except the aluminium and alloys. Can be connected
to power generators with power equal to or higher than that
reported in Table 2. It is equipped with "HOT START", "ARC
FORCE" and "ANTI STICK" functions (for more details please
refer to the GENERAL PART manual included in the package).

INSTALLATION
The installation must be made by trained personnel in compliance
to the standard IEC 60974-9 and the current and local legislation.
To lift the machine it must be used the handle positioned on top of
the product with the machine in OFF position. The input voltage
must match the voltage indicated on the technical plate located on
the product. Use the machine on electric system having supply
features and power protection (fuse and / or differential switch)
that are compatible with the current required for its use. For more
details see the information on the plate placed on the machine.
TURN ON
Warning: Use all precautions required in the safety general
manual before operating the welder, reading carefully the risks
associated with the welding process.
MAINTENANCE
Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

ELECTRODE WELDING (MMA)
1. Connect the connectors of the earth clamp and electrode
holder to the poles of the device; choose the polarity
(forward or reverse) depending on the coating of the
electrodes (for more information see the information on
the electrodes packaging).
2. Connect the earth clamp to the work piece and insert the
electrode in the electrode holder
3. Connect the power cord to the power supply and turn on
the welder
4. Select the welding current as a function of the type of
electrode selected (Tab. 1).
5. Start the welding operation using all the necessary
protections to security.
Note: You must disconnect the earth clamp to the metal work
piece just after switching off the welding machine.
TIG WELDING (only for the TIG type)
1.
Connect the connectors of the earth clamp and of the
torch to the poles of the device; choose the polarity (forward or
reverse) in relation to the type of material to be welded
2.
Connect the earth clamp to the work piece
