CD Recording Operation
This unit is designed to able to record your vinyls or cassettes onto CDs which
could be CD-R or CD-RW. Wrong types of CD used with recording might not
work properly.
Recording Vinyls to CD
1. Press the Phono button to select Phono mode.
2. Load a compatible blank disc into the CD tray.
3. Press the CD Record button to start the recording mode. "REC" and
symbol will show on the top left corner of the LCD display.
4. Press the Play/Pause button to begin the recording where you would like to
start. The

5. Start playing the vinyl record as you normally do.
6. Optional: To adjust the recording gain level, press the REC LEVEL + or –
buttons on the remote control. To achieve maximum gain without sound
distortion, keep the bars as close as possible to the edge of the LCD display
but never go over it.
7. When the first side of the record is finished, press the Pause button. A new
track is created for the next recording.
8. Flip the record over and repeat steps 3-5 to record the new side.
9. If more records need to be recorded on the same disc, press the Pause
button again once the new side is finished recording. Replace the current
record with a new one and restart the process as above.
Note: A blank CD is able to record up to 80min of music.
10. After all the recording is finished, press Stop button to stop the whole
recording process.
11. Press the CD button to select CD mode.
12. Press the Finalize button and the LCD display will show "FIN-D".
13. Press the Play/Pause button to begin finalizing the disc. The LCD display will
show "BUSY" while the disc is being finalized.
14. Once the CD has been finalized, the CD tray will open automatically. The disc
is now ready for use.
Note:
 If the disc is not finalized, it might not play in other CD players.
 Not all CD players are compatible with CD-R and CD-RW. Please check the user
manual of the other CD player for compatibility.
 Once the disc is finalized, no more new content could be added to the disc.
 If CD-RW was used, it could be erased completely and reuse for recording again.
Track Division
The instructions above will record the all the music as one single track by default.
In order to see separate tracks with their own track numbers, you will need to
, indicating the unit is recording.
