MIXING BOWL, MIXING EQUIPMENT
Cau on
The components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. If exposed to heat or cau c cleaners
they might become misshapen or discolored.
• Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
• Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
• Please apply a small quan ty of vegetable oil likely to the screens a er they have dried.

When you need service.
Warning

Unplug before servicing.
Failure to do so can resul n death or electrical shock.
Please read the following before calling your service center.
• The Stand Mixer may warm up during use. Under heavy loads with extended mixing
you may not be able to comfortably touch the top o he unit. This is normal.
• The Stand Mixer may emit a pungent odor, especially when new. This is common whit electric
motors.
• I he flat beater hits the bowl, stop the stand mixer. If your Stand Mixer should
to operate, please check the following :
• Is the Stand Mixer plugged in?
• Is the fuse in the circui o the Stand Mixer in working order ? If you have a circuit breaker box, be
sure the circui s closed.
• Turn the Stand Mixer offfor 10 -15 seconds, then turn it back on. I he mixer s l does not start,
allow i o cool for 30 minutes before turning it back on.
• I he problem is not due to one o he above items, see "Service Centers".
