CARE AND CLEANING
1.
Remove the blending shaft from the motor body. Wipe the motor
body and top of the cover with a damp sponge or cloth. Dry it
immediately and thoroughly.
2.
Do not use abrasive cleaners which could scratch the surface.
3.
To clean the blending shaft, wash by hand in hot water using
mild detergent .Be mindful of the permanently mounted razor
sharp edges.
4.
To simplify cleaning, rinse the prep bowl, cover, and blade
immediately after use, so that food will not dry onto them.
5.
Wipe the underside of the chopper cover with a sponge or damp
cloth to remove any food.
6.
Do not submerge the cover in water or put it in the dishwasher.
7.
Avoid leaving the blades in soapy water where it could disappear
from sight.
8.
Prep bowl blade is dishwasher safe, and the sharp blade can be
placed in the basket. Unload the dishwasher carefully to avoid
contact with the sharp blade.
Blades are extremely sharp - always handle with care.
9.
Any other service should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
