Stainless steel surfaces:
Use a mild and non-abrasive stainless
steel cleaning agent. Do not clean stain-
less steel surfaces with abrasive scour-
ing pads or with cleaning agents con-
taining sand, soda, acid or chloride!
Clean in direction of polish only.
We recommend our stainless steel
cleaner no. 461731. See the enclosed
service booklet for the order address.
Use a soft micro fibre cloth. Do not use
dry cloths. Use a mild window-cleaning
agent. Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents or agents containing acid or lye!
Do not use scouring agents.

Cleaning the grease filter

Fire hazard!
The performance of the extractor hood
is impaired by greasy residues and the
fire hazard is increased by the deposits.
To prevent the risk of fire, we recom-
mend regular cleaning of the metal filter.
With the glass panel open, hold the met-
al filter by the filter grips and pull down
until the magnetic contact releases. Now
pull the metal filter out towards the front.
Filter installation in reverse order. The
necessary cleaning of the grease filter is
also indicated by the LED display after
15 operating hours, the red LED on the
roof unit begins to light up – then please
clean the filter.
To reset the filter cleaning indica-
tor, the hood must first be switched
on and only then can the filter
cleaning indicator
pressing the ON/OFF button.

Metal filters are best cleaned in the dish-
washer using a gentle detergent. The
manufacturer does not assume any
guarantee whatsoever
discolouration caused by the use of
aggressive cleaning
Temperatures exceeding 55 degrees
must also be avoided.
Defective LED-lights must be replaced
immediately with new ones.

Before replacing the lamps, disconnect
the extractor hood from the mains sup-
ply!
Please wait until the lights have cooled
down before replacing them!
Remove the lamp by levering it out with
a small screwdriver.
Avoid contact with the skin when in-
serting the new lamp.
When inserting the lamp, pay attention
to the position of the plug contacts and
press them in carefully until they stop.
Reconnect to power supply and test
function.
Variant TW-LED ( tuneable white ) may
only be changed by service ( LED lamp
with socket unit )
for any
agents.
