This dual-purpose AF/GF circuit breaker
is designed to detect and trip when the
following conditions occur:
Overcurrent/short-circuit
•
This AF/GF circuit will trip when
overcurrent or short-circuit conditions
exist in accordance with ULT 489.
Ground faults
•
This AF/GF is designed for personnel
protection and will trip when leakage
current conditions exist in accordance
with UL 943.
Arc faults
•
This AF/GF will detect both low current
and high current arc faults, making
it a "Combination Arc Fault" circuit
interrupter. It will trip when arcing
conditions exist in accordance with
UL 1699.
Programmable components
•
This AF/GF complies with UL 1998 for
safety in programmable components.
 DANGER
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
COULD RESULT IN DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY,
OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. CIRCUIT BREAKERS
MUST BE INSTALLED AND SERVICED BY A
QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. REMOVE ALL POWER
SOURCES TO PANEL BEFORE STARTING
INSTALLATION OR MAINTENANCE.

Ce disjoncteur AF/GF à double fonctions
est conçu pour détecter et se déclencher
lorsque les conditions suivantes se
produisent :
Surintensité/court-circuit
•
Ce circuit AF/GF se déclenchera lorsque
des conditions de surtension ou de
court-circuit existent selon la norme
ULT 489.
Défauts à la terre
•
Ce AF/GF est conçu pour la protection
personnelle et se déclenchera lorsque
des conditions de courant de fuite
existent selon la norme UL 943.
Défauts d'arc électrique
•
Ce AF/GF détectera aussi bien les
défauts d'arc électrique de courant
élevé que faible, il devient ainsi un
interrupteur de circuits « Défaut d'arc
électrique combiné ». Il se déclenchera
lorsque des conditions d'arc électrique
existent selon la norme UL 1699.
Composants programmables
•
Ce AG/GF est conforme avec la
norme UL 1998 pour la sécurité
des composants programmables.

Instrucciones de seguridad importantes:

utilizar el producto.
Este interruptor de circuito contra fallas a
tierra y fallas de arco de doble uso está
diseñado para detectar y desactivar ante
alguna de las siguientes condiciones:
Sobrecorriente/cortocircuito
•
Este interruptor de circuito AF/GF
se desconectará cuando existan
condiciones de sobrecorriente o
cortocircuito de acuerdo con la norma
ULT 489.
Fallas a tierra
•
Este interruptor de circuito AF/GF está
diseñado para protección personal
y se desconectará cuando existan
condiciones de corriente de fuga de
acuerdo con la norma UL 943.
Fallas de arco
•
Este interruptor de circuito AF/GF
detectará las fallas de arco de alta o
baja corriente, por eso también se
conoce como interruptor de circuito
para fallas de arco tipo combinado. Este
interruptor de circuito se desconectará
cuando existan condiciones de falla de
arco de acuerdo con la norma UL 1699.
Componentes programables
•
Este interruptor AF/GF cumple con la
norma UL 1998 referente a seguridad
en componentes programables.

INSTRUCCIONES, SE PUEDEN PRODUCIR LA
MUERTE, LESIONES PERSONALES O DAÑOS
A LA PROPIEDAD. LA INSTALACIÓN Y EL
MANTENIMIENTO DE LOS INTERRUPTORES
DE CIRCUITO DEBE ESTAR A CARGO DE
UN ELECTRICISTA CALIFICADO. ANTES DE
COMENZAR CON LA INSTALACIÓN O EL
MANTENIMIENTO, DESCONECTE TODOS LOS
SUMINISTROS DE ENERGÍA DEL PANEL.
