AIR FLOW CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENT
Press the ON-OFF button on the remote con-
trol.
The direction of the fl ow is set automatically
depending on the operating mode of the air
conditioning unit.
In addition, it is possible to change the direc-
tion of the fl ow as desired.
Press the SWING button to set the angle of
the Flap vertical defl ector in a way to change
the air fl ow's direction.
Press the button once, the vertical adjust-
ment defl ector will begin to swing automati-
cally upwards and downwards. By pressing
the button again, while the defl ector carries
out this operation, it is possible to set the de-
sired angle.
- In cooling mode it is advisable to point it up-
wards (not to have a direct fl ow of fresh air).
- in heating mode, we recommend you direct
them downwards (as hot air tends to rise).
Warning: do not position the "FLAP" manu-
ally, as its delicate mechanism could be
damaged.
The horizontal DEFLECTORS situated be-
neath the fl ap should be positioned manually
and allow the air fl ow to be directed to the left
or to the right.
CAUTION
- Do not direct the air fl ow directly towards people, artworks or animals (risk of
causing damage to things and personal injury to people's skin).
- Do not insert or attempt to insert your fi ngers or various objects in the internal
and external unit air outlets and in the inlet grilles (risk of personal injury from
cuts).
