Intended Use
The rain rail type 3R (made of sheet steel, powder coated RAL 7035 or stainless steel) is designed for the top mounting on häwa cabinets
type H370/H390, H375/H395. The rail protects the cabinet against environmental influences according to UL type rating, type 3R and in
addition type 1, 12.
Please observe the special instructions of this manual when mounting the rail to häwa enclosures of series 33 or to third-party enclosures!
Designed to UL50 / UL50E for indoor and outdoor use, the rail can be mounted to enclosures with
UL approval (only listed) and with the following type ratings: type 1, 12 or 3R.

These instructions are an integral part of the product.
They are meant for skilled persons in industry and trade and for persons instructed in electrical engineering to mount the rain rail 3R in
compliance with the applicable standards.
Please keep them in a safe place for future reference. The same applies to assembly and operating instructions for accessories.

All specified details apply to a rain rail 3R without further processing.
Safety Instructions
Please observe the instructions on foreseeable misuse and residual risks as well as the special instructions and technical data specified on
pages 5 to 7 of this manual to reduce danger to life and limb to a minimum.
Please note the standards and regulations applicable to your industrial control panel enclosure /
your low-voltage switchgear and control-gear assembly.
- Make sure that the control cabinet is disconnected from the power supply and secure it against accidental unintentional energizing.
- For all transport including moving to the installation site and unpacking as well as the mounting, ensure that the product is neither
damaged nor rendered unserviceable.
- Use suitable climbing aids adapted to the working height.
- Mark the product visibly, if it is installed at a height of less than 2 meters, measured from the floor.
- Observe the torque specifications
- Only use the supplied mounting hardware to ensure the potential equalization.
- Avoid static and dynamic loads.
