Replacement Power Supply
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read before use
Description
The CereLink™ Replacement Power Supply
(Replacement Power Supply) is designed for use with
the CereLink™ ICP Monitor (REF 826820).
The Replacement Power Supply provides the precise
current and voltage required to safely power the
CereLink ICP Monitor. Please refer to the CereLink ICP
Monitor Instructions for Use for Replacement Power
Supply set-up instructions.
WARNINGS
Electrical shock hazard:
• The Replacement Power Supply is intended for
indoor use only.
• Do not disassemble the Replacement Power
Supply in any way. Unauthorized modifications
to it can cause it to malfunction or fail in use.
• To prevent injury to the patient and/or user, do
not connect the Replacement Power Supply to
anything other than the CereLink ICP Monitor.
• Do not immerse the Replacement Power Supply
in any type of liquid.
• Check the Replacement Power Supply for proper
function prior to use. Replace if necessary.
Precautions
• The Replacement Power Supply must be
disposed of in accordance with hospital
procedures and regulations.
• Refer to the CereLink ICP Monitor Instructions
for Use for additional information, including
Technical Specifications.
Disinfecting External Surfaces
Disinfect the exterior surfaces of the Replacement
Power Supply as necessary with a soft, damp cloth
or sponge. Use 70% Isopropyl Alcohol wipes or a
mild cleaning solution to remove stains or adhesives
that stick to the surface. Subjecting the Replacement
Power Supply to excessive moisture can damage the
electronic components and nullify the warranty.
