SYMPTOM
Water flows from the nozzle when
the trigger gun is locked in OFF
position.
Before start-up, you smell gas
around the machine.
Burner will not ignite.
Water is leaking under heat
exchanger coil.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBABLE CAUSE
Trigger gun is malfunctioning.
Gas is leaking.
Burner switch not in ON position.
Thermostat knob is OFF.
Trigger gun is closed.
Vacuum or pressure switch failure.
Gas valve safety lock-out.
Inadequate gas supply.
Gas line obstruction.
Ignition module failure.
Gas valve failure.
Condensation.
Ruptured heat exchanger coil.
REMEDY
Repair or replace.
Go to another location and call your
gas supplier for instructions, or if you
cannot reach the supplier, call the
fire department.
Check switch position.
Check thermostat knob position.
Open trigger gun for pressure.
Repair or replace.
Release trigger on gun or switch
burner switch "OFF" for 60 seconds.
Check gas supply.
Check gas pressure.
Replace.
Replace.
