If carrying a load over 130 kg, we advise removing the rear hugger to avoid damaging it.
Assembly
- Draw a line on the number plate support to define the rear shell.
- Remove both saddles, the handle, the rear shell, the taillight, the indicators and the number plate lighting.
- Cut the number plate 5 mm up the line, grind down to equalize (see photo).
- Replace the taillight, reposition the rear shell.
- Insert the undertray and fix it using both original screws, connect the indicators.
- Rivet the number plate on its support.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
CBR 125 2004/2009
Original tyre in 100/80 ZR 17.
Fitting kit : 2 beleved spacers.
