When the waffles are ready, remove them with a plastic or wooden
spatula. Never use any sharp metallic objects, as this might
damage the non-stick coating.

When baking is finished, set thermostat to "off", unplug the cord
from the socket and leave the appliance open to cool.
WAFFLE RECIPES
CRISPY WAFFLE (Serves 6)

1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
•
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
•
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
•
1/2 teaspoon Salt
•
1/3 cup Bakers Sugar
•
1 cup Milk
Start with all ingredients at room temperature. Sift together Flour,
Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Sugar. In separate bowl whisk
together Milk, Water, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Almond Extract and Oil.
Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk until batter is smooth. Allow
batter to rest for 5 minutes, stir again. Follow instructions from the
Operation section to pour the batter in the waffle maker and begin the
baking process.
Serve the waffles with Fresh Berries and Powdered Sugar.
PUMPKIN WAFFLE (Serves 6)
