In order to carry out this work, the appropriate Technical Service Documentation (TSD) is required.
The warning and safety instructions given in the applicable model-specific TSD must be complied with.
Work must be carried out in accordance with the instructions given in the applicable model-specific TSD.
Preparing the plinth
The flooring must be level and dry with no traces of dirt or grease.
The arrow embossed on the top of the plinth points to the front.

Level the plinth on the floor.
A
Unscrew the front panel.
A
Close the media canister drain valves and keep them closed.
A
Fill all the media canisters with water and seal them tight.
A
Place 2 media canisters into the plinth and line them up with the rear of the plinth.
A
Place 2 additional media canisters into the plinth and line them up with the front of the plinth.
A
Place the final media canister into the plinth.
Carefully fit the canisters.
Check that the fill level in the system is constant at regular intervals.
Fitting a washing machine to the plinth
A
Place the washing machine on the plinth and level it using the washing machine feet.
A
Remove the front panel, rear panel and bottom cover plate, see model TSD.
The fixing holes in the plinth are to be used as follows (see Fig. 1):
- (1): washing machines with 110 l or 130 l drum volume
- (2): washing machines with 110 l drum volume
- (3): washing machines with 130 l drum volume

Fasten the washing machine to the plinth with 4 brackets (1), each with 2 M6 x 25 bolts (2), 4 B6.4 washers (3) and
2 M6 nuts (4), see Fig. 2.

Route the cable for the emergency drain through the subframe from the front to the back.
A
Route the cable for the emergency drain and clamp it in place as it is at the front of the subframe.
A
Clamp the bottom cover plate on the back of the washing machine to the rubber grommet and screw in place.
A
Refit the front and rear panels.
A
Screw the front panel of the plinth back into place.
