10. Warranty
Electro Power IC is covered by warranty in its entirety for 12 months, on condition that no tampering
or improper interventions have occurred and on condition that the identification data of the machine
indicated on the relevant plate have not been damaged or removed.
With the exception of cases covered by warranty or parts subject to normal wear and tear, the
Manufacturer reserves the right to satisfy the request in relation to the extent of the damage and the
feasibility of restoration in terms of safety and operation of the product. The interventions under
warranty fall within the provisions of the law on the subject.
