Commissioning with factory settings

Connect the voltage supply:
BCL 92: +10 ... +30 V DC
BCL 95: +5 V DC

If applicable, connect the switching input and the RS 232 interface.
Ä
Switch on the supply voltage. The status LED must illuminate green.
Ä
Activate the bar code reader via the switching input or with the "+" RS 232
command. The laser switches itself on.
Ä
Hold the following sample bar code up to the bar code reader at a distance of
approx. 100 mm.
Ä
If reading is successful, the laser switches off. The read result is displayed on
the display.
Ä
Deactivate the reading gate by removing the switching input signal or with the
"-" RS 232 command.
