Connecting the sensor or sensors to the measurement
interface
The approved range of pressure for a specific sensor can be found on the
ratings plate. An overview of the pressure ranges for a variety of sensor
types is found in the specifications in the appendix.
CAUTION
Only use sensors that are approved for the range of pressure
that you are working with. The approved range of pressure for a
specific sensor can be found on the sensor's ratings plate.
CAUTION
Screw in the CAN sensor to the measurement interface until
you have reached a torque of 65 Nm (G ½" BSPP).
CAUTION
Only Parker connection cables should be used for measuring.
The pressure sensor can be mounted in any position. However,
we recommend that a top-sided connection for the sensor be
used, since this prevents the build-up of trapped air.
