7. With bumper rotated up, as shown in Figure
6, position winch mount assembly in place
and secure with six 5/16-18x1 capscrews and
locknuts through bumper frame as shown in
Figure 8. Use 1/2" socket to tighten in place
and torque to 17lb. ft. (12.5 N-m).
8. Rotate bumper down back into position and
resecure with factory hardware previously
removed.
9. Figure 9 shows a final installation of RT/XT
40 winch with bumper in place. Note that
front grill plate no longer will be used.
