4. Removed plastic insert/keeper on top of
plastic shroud on each side of bumper as
shown in Figure 5. Carefully pry out with a
screwdriver as these will need to be rein-
stalled later.
5. Grab bottom of bumper and rotate up around
top pivot points, as shown in Figure 6, this
allows mounting plate to be installed from
back side of bumper.
6. Install roller fairlead on front surface of
mounting plate, as shown in Figure 7, using
hardware supplied with winch kit. Next
mount winch to mounting plate using hard-
ware supplied with winch kit and torque
hardware to 17lb. ft. (12.5 N-m).
