- Operate shredder with wet hands.
9. It is forbidden to operate the device with wet hands.

Servicing

1. When the bin is full with paper cuts, draw it towards yourself and empty it. Do not use
shredder with an overfilled bin.
2. It is necessary to provide maintenance service of the device in a service centre every three
months (cleaning, lubricating of cutter blades) in order to comply with specified technical
figures. In case of intensive usage such maintenance procedures should be done once a
month.

Operating device

1. Connect power cord to the mains.
2. Turn power switch to "AUTO" position, power indicator should light Fig. 1-2.
3. Insert from 1 to 5 sheets into feed opening. Shredder automatically starts when paper is
placed in the entry and stops when shredding is finished. When the amount of sheet exceeds
maximum or paper is jammed in the opening, the motor will stop automatically and the sheets
will return back. "REV" indicator will lit on control panel. Remove paper from feed opening and
continue cutting.
4. When the maximum quantity of sheets is exceeded, or paper is clutched in the opening,
the motor will stop automatically, autoreverse function will be activated and the sheets will be
fed back. "REV" indicator will light on control panel. Remove paper from feed opening and
continue shredding.
5. When forced motor start is required or due to some reason it does not start automatically,
press FWD button.
6. When operation is finished, press power switch, power indicator should blink off.

Emptying waste bin

1. When the basket is full, empty it. When the basket is overfilled, "FULL" indicator will lit.
2. It is necessary to keep maintenance of the device once in three months (cleaning,
lubricating of cutter blades) in order to comply with specified technical figures. In case of
intensive usage such maintenance procedures should be done once a month
