Screw and rubber of fixation to reuse
Fitting kit
- 1 metallic plate holder
- 6 Ø5 nylock nuts
- 4 BHc 6×15 screws
Assembly
- Remove both saddles, the rear fairing, the original undertray, and the taillight.
- On the provided taillight holder, put the 2 rubbers of fixation and place the taillight by using the 2
original screws.
- Fit the metallic plate holder outside the undertray thanks to the 4 BHc 5×10 screws, the 4 plastic
washers Ø5 and the 4 Ø5 nylock nuts.
- Place the undertray on the motorbike and fit it by using the 4 provided 6×15 screws.
- Connect the plate lighting and indicators.
- Place the taillight support then the rear fairing.
- Center the taillight, and then fit it to the rear fairing with the 2 original screws ant the 2 Ø5 nylock
nuts remaining.
- Replace both saddles and fit the number plate on its support.
Please check the slope of the number plate before the assembly, and if necessary, fold the
metallic plate holder so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the metal plate
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit.
* Any deterioration of the part due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

Secure any load put in the compartment in order not to damage
