Functieknop:
MODE:
Druk in om een functie te selecteren.
Druk in en houdt 2 seconden ingedrukt om alle waarden te resetten
Display mogelijkheden
CYCLE:
Het display toont achtereenvolgens de volgende functies:
TIME, STROKES, STROKES/OVERALL, KJLOULE, STROKES/MIN.
Elke waarde wordt 6 seconden lang getoond.
TIME:
TIJD: telt de duur van de oefening.
STROKES:
ROEIBEWEGINGEN: telt het aantal roeislagen van begin tot einde oefening.
TOTAL:
TOTAAL: telt het totaal aantal roeibewegingen vanaf aankoop.
STROKES/MIN:
ROEIBEWEGINGEN PER MINUUT: toont roeifrequentie per minuut
KJOULE:
KJOULE: toont verbruikte Kjoules van begin oefening tot eind.
AUTO ON/OFF & AUTO START/STOP:
Wanneer er gedurende 4 minuten geen activiteit wordt gemeten schakelt de computer uit. Een
druk op de MODE knop of een beweging met de pedalen zet de computer (weer) aan.
Controleer of alle bouten en moeren goed zijn aangedraaid en of alle draaiende onderdelen vrij
kunnen bewegen.
Reinig het apparaat met een zachte doek en een oplossing van water en zachte zeep. Gebruik
geen oplossingmiddelen.

MODE:
Push down to select functions.
Push down and hold for 2 seconds to reset all functional value.
Functions and operations
CYCLE:
The meter will rotate through the following functions:
TIME, STROKES, STROKES/OVERALL, KJLOULE, STROKES/MIN.
Each display will be held for 6 seconds.
TIME:
Count the rowing time from exercise start to end.
STROKES:
Count the rowing strokes from start to end.
TOTAL:
Count the total rowing strokes from start to end.
STROKES/MIN:
Display current rowing strokes per minute, or the frequency per minute.
KJLOULE:
Count the total kjoule from rowing start to end.
AUTO ON/OFF & AUTO START/STOP:
Without any signal for 4 minutes, the power will turn off automatically. When the stroke is in
motion or pressing the button, the monitor is in action.
Verify that all the bolts and nuts are locked properly and the turning parts should be turned
freely without damaged parts.
Clean the equipment with soap and slightly damp cloth only. Please do not use any solvent to
clean the equipment.
