• Never pour flammable fluids into the Petromax Firebox.
• Never leave the Firebox unattended while it is in use. Watch closely over children and animals close
to the Firebox.
• Do not move the Petromax Firebox when it is in use or hot.
• Wear appropriate clothes when using the Firebox. Long, wide sleeves may easily catch fire.
• Make sure to have a bucket of sand or water nearby to extinguish the fire in case of emergency.
• Let the Petromax Firebox cool down entirely after use.
• Only remove the ashes when they are cold. Dispose of the them properly. Never throw hot ashes in
the household waste!
