Product description

The hot air steriliser Emmi-steri 15 is made out of stainless steel and is resistant against heat and corrosion.
It is completely isolated by fibreglass in order to avoid an overheating of the outside surfaces.
The sterilisation chamber is hermetically sealed by the cover due to a temperature resistant silicon sealing.
Emmi-steri 15 has an insert and an insert basket made out of aluminium, both with a hole pattern in order
to assure a good and sufficient air circulation. The equipment has a stainless steel encoated calorifier, which
has a high efficiency factor and a low inertia.

Functional description

The operation of the equipment can be set to a certain time – max. two hours – or to permanent operation.
The power switch is red and lights during operation. Additionally the equipment has a green control light
which is alight during normal operation, and an orange control light which lights if heating is switched on
and a red control light which will light in case temperature exceeds the max. limit and the safety circuit
takes control over the temperature.
