Set wavelength
On the pre-test interface, press GOTO λ (2.2) and input the desired wavelength value by using the numeric key-
pad (2.10).
Press ENTER (2.7) to save the input value.
Set parameters
Before performing the kinetics analysis several parameters must be set:
On the pre-test interface, press SET (2.1); the equipment will enter the parameter setting display (Fig. 25).

Set time interval:
- On the parameter setting display, move the cursor with ▼/▲ (2.9) to select Time interval and press ENTER
(2.7) (Fig. 26).
- Input the time interval (in seconds) by using the keypad (2.10) and press ENTER (2.7). Note: the time inter-
val range is 1-200; any value out of this range will be invalid.
- If no changes are necessary press RETURN (2.6).

- On the parameter setting display, move the cursor with ▼/▲ (2.9) to select Total time and press ENTER

Note: 1. The total time of the analysis must be in the range 1-120000; any value out of this range will be invalid.
2. The maximum value of total time is correlative to the time interval since the system only allows a maximum
of 1000 measurements per analysis. Thus, if the time interval is 1 s, the maximum total time will be 1000 s, howe-
ver, if the time interval is 200 s, the maximum total time can not be 200000 s but 120000 s (600 measurements alto-
gether).

- On the parameter setting display, move the cursor with ▼/▲ (2.9) to select Test mode and press ENTER
(2.7) (Fig. 28).
