4. Features

The operation of the sprayer is based on overpressure. For this purpose, pres-
sure is built up in the container by means of an air channel integrated in the
sprayer's body. This conveys the existing liquid in the pressure vessel via a riser
into the material nozzle. At the material nozzle, the controllable spray air causes
mixing with the lliquid, resulting in an adjustable spray jet.

5. Safety

This sprayer is not suitable for alkaline (above pH 9) and acidic

• The operator must ensure proper operation.
• Do not bring the compressed air and / or liquid into contact with
the skin or the eyes.
• Never direct spray to animals, humans or yourself.

• No tampering, emergency repairs or misappropriation of the spra-
yer are permitted.
• Sprayer may only be operated and maintained by instructed per-
sons.
• Repairs should only be carried out by qualified persons.
For all maintenance or repairs:
• Be sure to disconnect the sprayer from the compressed air
connection before performing any service or repair.
• Use only original spare parts.
• The maximum working pressure must not be exceeded (see
"Technical data"). The working pressure setting must be made via
a (filter) pressure reducer.
• Use only compressed air as an energy source.
• The compressed air connection may only be made via a quick
coupling.
