The Juicer
• Make sure the control switch is turned to OFF (O) and the unit is not plugged in.

Lock the bowl onto the base.
• Place removable drive sleeve on the motor shaft. Put the citrus juicer disc on the removable drive shaft.
• Fit the appropriate cone onto the drive shaft.
• Cut citrus fruit in half and press in onto the cone. Turn the machine on and chose the speed. The
cone scrapes the pulp out and squeezes the juice from the fruit.
The Mixer
• Make sure the control switch is turned to OFF (O) and the unit is not plugged in.
• Put the sealing ring into the cutter seat slot. Screw and fasten the mixing cup into the cutter seat,
put the mixing cup cover and the feed cover on.
• Clockwise screw the cutter seat into the main machine with your hand, not holding the cup (otherwise
the cup will leave the sutter seat making the food leak out.
• Put eggs (without egg shells) into the mixing cup. Pour in some water and add some flour. Put on
and fasten the cover and press the button for weak grading for ca. 1 minute to make some pan-
cake dough.
• Pour in vegetables or fruit (peeled and cut into small blocks) and add a little water to get some
delicious fruit squish.
The Mincer
• Screw the mincing cup into the cutter seat (clockwise).
• For meat to be processed, remove tendon, bones and skin and wash
before cutting it into small pieces of about 2cm.
• Put no more than 200g at once into the mincing cup, then mount the
cup with the cutter seat onto the main unit to mince the meat. Pour in
some spices or spicy oils before for best results.
NOTE: If rotating speed slows down abruptly due to too much meat quantity or tendon entangling
blade, please turn down the machine, cut off power supply, and adjust meat quantity or remove
tendon
The Grinder
•
The grinding cup is applicable to dried food to be grinded into powder.
• Put no more than 150g into the cup at once, cover with the grinding cutter
seat, fasten tight clockwise. Mount both to the main machine according
to the position shown below. Hold the cup with your hand while switching
the unit on.
• When grinding sesame, walnut or other nuts/food containing a lot of oil,
adding a spoonful of sugar may help gaining the best results.
