"Following the instructions of the Federal Envi-
ronment Ministry (BMU), equipment as part of a
stationary facility does also not fall within the
scope of the Electronic Equipment Act (Elek-
troG.)" [VDMA, position paper on the Electronic
Equipment Act (ElektroG), as at November
14th, 2005, p.5]
"Building fittings with electric or electronic com-
ponents do not fall within the scope of the Elec-
tronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). A registration
of these parts in the register for waste electrical
equipment is therefore not necessary." [VDMA,

(ElektroG), as at November 14th, 2005, p.6]
According to this, the AquaCycle must be dis-
posed of by the customer himself. Pontos is
under no obligation to accept returned equip-
ment.
