Pressure pump
The pressure pump ensures that the connected
consumers are supplied with service water.
Control panel of the pressure pump:
The control panel has two indicator lights indi-
cating the operating state. The starting pressu-
re can be adjusted.
Indicator lights:
Green is glowing:

Pump is running correctly.

Green is glowing, red is blinking:
•
Lack of water, the pump is trying to

start.
Pump may overheat and jam!

Green and red are glowing:
•
Hydraulic system has overheated.

Adjusting the starting pressure:
The starting pressure can be adjusted between
1.5 bar and 2.5 bar:
1. Unscrew protective cap.
2. Set trimmer button (1) to the desired posi-
tion.

Replacing the pressure pump:
1. Unplug the facility's mains plug.
2. Disconnect the pressure pump's power
plug.
3. Close the shut-off valves in the suction and
pressure line.
4. Remove suction and pressure line. Attenti-
on residual water!
5. Unscrew fastening screws and dismantle
pump.
6. Mount the new pump in reverse order.
7. Vent the pressure pump on the service
water line. For this purpose, untwist the cap
on the top side of the pump using the
screwdriver. It is not necessary to take off
the cap completely. Wait until water starts
to leak. Then tighten the cap again. (In the
process, it is imperative to pay attention
that stage 3 is filled with water up to the
minimum level!)
