Problem
No signal or bad signal
The IR sensor does not respond to
the remote control
There is no signal when the receiver
is moved to another room
Possible cause
- Connection fault
- A cable is not connected
correctly
- The antenna is disconnected
- The antenna is in the wrong position
- The antena is damaged
- There is no digital signal
The batteries are flat
There is an obstruction between the
IR sensor and the remote control
The IR extension cable is not
correctly connected to the receiver
The new location does not have
sufficient signal

Solution
- Check all the connections cables
- Plug in the antenna (if it is a DVB-T
indoor antenna)
- Adjust the position of the antenna
- Replace the antennal
- Check if there is a signal
Replace the batteries
Point the remote control at the
IR sensor and make sure there are
no obstructions between them
Make sure that the IR extension cable is
completely connected to the receiver's IR
connector
Try connecting a cable directly from
the antenna to the receiver
