Do not connect the radio to the mains electricity if
the transformer and/or cable [18] are damaged, but
contact your nearest Technical Service Centre.
Do not leave the radio connected to the mains
electricity when you are away for long periods.
The radio should be positioned near the power
outlet, and the power supply transformer [19] should
be easily accessible to facilitate disconnection if
necessary.
Arrange the transformer and respective power
supply cable [19] so that nobody will trip over it.
Insert the transformer [19] and the jack of the cable
completely into the power supply socket [18].
Never try to recharge the batteries, and never heat
the batteries or throw them into a fire, as they could
explode.
Do not use rechargeable batteries, use only the
recommended type R20 (Type D).
Do not allow children to play with the batteries or
insert objects inside the radio.
Do not allow children to play with the packaging.
The bags, plastic sheets, boxes, etc. may cause
choking or injuries.
