Guarantee and Service

Our device has been manufactured with the greatest care.
However, if it should fail, we will of course take over the guaran-
tee within the scope of our guarantee conditions for the proper
quality and functional operation of the product.
The guarantee period is 36 months and begins on the day
of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of the date of
purchase. The transferor's legal guarantee obligations are not
restricted by this guarantee. During the guarantee period, defec-
tive devices can be sent to the service address stated below,
postage paid. You will then receive a new or repaired device
free of charge. If possible, use the original packaging to prevent
damage in transit. An exact description of the complaint will
shorten the repair time. The battery and the protective sheath
as consumable material are not covered by the guarantee.
Similarly we cannot accept responsibility for the consequences of
improper use of the device (for example, the consequences of not
consulting a doctor due to the indication of an erroneous meas-
urement). The device is only intended for private use and is there-
fore not subject to calibration regulations. When the guarantee
period has expired, you also have the possibility of sending the
defective device – postage paid – to the service address for
repair. Then a charge is made for the repair.
