PREPARATION
* Remove the trim from the bottom of the boot.
* Remove the bumper and make a cut at its center as per sketch 1.
* Take off the absorber, remove its right and left
hand sections, then make a cut as per sketch 2.
* Drop the exhaust.
ASSEMBLY
* Fit the absorber onto the tow bar, then position
this in the longitudinals and fasten it at points V
and W using the fastening kit.
* Fit the electrical socket support onto
the tow bar using fastening kit X.
* Tighten all of the nuts, bolts and screws
to the torques indicated below.
FINISHING
* Reassemble all of the components
removed during the above procedure.

Connecting a universal wiring kit ref.8526 is absolutely impossible on the vehicle (may
cause damage).
It is essential to use either a dedicated wiring kit or a relay box ref.8530.
