2. Reception Disturbances
Transmitters are attached to metal frames or similar. Reinforced concrete walls and
ceilings. High air humidity may also restrict the reception. Vaporised windows or
thermally insulated vitrification. Mirrors, trees, buildings or similar close-by.
3. Interference:
Other 433MHz devices are located in a range of 20 m to your wireless pool thermo-
meter. Your neighbour's devices, e.g. headphones, baby phones or other radio
thermometers work on the same frequency. Several transmitters installed next to
each other (minimum distance approx. 0.5 m).
Microwaves, heater controls, TVs, PCs or other household devices are located in
direct proximity (minimum distance approx.
4. Error analysis:
Did you exactly follow the operating instructions? First insert the batteries in the
transmitter and THEN in the receiver! Check the basis device and the outdoor sensor
2-3 days in a joint room before sending it back, ensure that there are no interference
sources to check the general function. Also check whether the batteries in your pro-
duct are still charged!
Then try to find out the cause of the problem, e.g. by contacting our hotline.
Change the location of the transmitter or the receiver to determine the best trans-
mission/receiver connection!
