Inserting the Batteries in the Basis Device (Receiver):
- Open the battery compartment lid on the back of the housing by first folding open
the standing foot and then opening the battery compartment lid.
- Insert two new batteries type (AAA) with correct polarity. Please observe the polari-
ty markings "+" and "-" inside the battery compartment!
- Close the battery compartment again, in reversed order!
When the symbol "11" (LOW BATTERY) is displayed, all batteries
in the basis device and outside sensor must be replaced!

Next Steps...

Place the basis device next to the outside sensor for the first functional test! Before
to final commissioning of the wireless pool thermometer, perform a system test at
close proximity (e.g. on a table). This also serves to test the individual parts of the
device for correct function before final installation at the installation site.

Switching on the Basis Device

- When the batteries are inserted in the basis device, it is ready for operation. The
inner temperature is displayed.
- Briefly press the button "5" (RESET).
Do not press any further buttons or change any settings at the
basis device!
