EMERGENCY CONTROL

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BREAKDOWN
If a breakdown occurs in the hydraulic system, the clutches can be engaged manually with a mecha-
nical system. To use this system, either the PTO cover or the PTO unit itself (if installed) must be remo-
ved. To operate the input shaft clutch, screw in the three M10 screws in alternating order, after lining
up over the correct hole. This can be done with an M10 hex wrench [1] with a stem approximately 300
mm long. To operate the countershaft clutch, remove the M14x1.5 plug on the clutch cover (hydraulic
pump side) and then proceed as above.
On no account must this operation be performed on the two clutches at the same time (Fig.1-2).
Uncouple the engine from the gearbox before performing this operation. To reset in position, fully
unscrew the screws [2] and then lock in position with Loctite 243.

If a breakdown occurs in the electrical system or the solenoid valve solenoids, the clutches can be
engaged manually with a mechanical system. To operate this system, remove the cap [2] (Fig. 3),
press the button [3] (Fig. 4) and turn anti-clockwise.
