Intended use

The PerfectView VT150DIG radio link (ref. no. 9600013956) is used for the wireless transmission
of signals between the camera and the monitor for the PerfectView reversing video systems.

Technical description

5.1

Function description

The radio link consists of a transmitter module and a receiver module. The two modules can be
mounted inside or outside the vehicle. They transmit pictures and sound wirelessly from the
camera to the monitor.
The transmitter module is connected to a switched power source such like ignition. Thus the time
to generate the wireless connection can be kept short. Furthermore certain functions like heater or
operation of the motor shutter are enabled.
The receiver module is powered by the monitor. The wireless signals are transmitted in the
2.4 GHz range.
Since the system is designed merely as an additional aid for reversing, it does not relieve you of
the duty to take proper care when reversing.

•
VT150DIG transmits digital data. The data is displayed on the monitor 0.12 s after it
is recorded by the camera. Therefore, it is essential that you drive slowly.
•
If the monitor displays a yellow warning triangle, there is a fault in the picture
transmission. It is possible that the display of the camera image on the monitor is
delayed. Therefore the system may not be used as an aid during reversing in such
circumstances.
