When
cornering,
automatically shut off in order to enable the
spreader to turn.
The spreader procedure is not suspended
when cornering.
When reversing, the wheel shutoff is
automatically activated, the spreader disc
does not move during reversing.
i
Important!
Do not operate the spreader in the
vicinity of people or animals.
Do not spread in the vicinity of
moving vehicles. The range of view
of the vehicle driver can be obs-
tructed by the spreading of the
material.
Note:
Active wheel shutoff produces a
"clicking" noise!
7.6.2 Starting to spread
1. Deactivate the wheel shutoff of both
wheels (see section 8.5.2).
2. Adjust the setting of the spreading vanes
(see section 8.2).
3. Optional: Set the spreading range limiter
(see section 8.4).
4. Set the pusher (optionally the remote
control) (see section 8.3).
5. Perform
spreading
spreader.
6 Observe spreading results and optimise
as necessary by adjusting the settings.
i
Important!
An optimal spreading result
saves material and protects
the environment.
7.6.3 Ending spreading
1. Close pusher (optional remote control).
2. Activate the wheel shutoff of both wheels
(see section 8.5.1).

8. Settings
8.1 Aligning the spreader
The spreader must be aligned as parallel to the
ground as possible. This is described in section
6.2.1 from point 3 onwards.
8.2 Spreading direction
The spreading direction is set with the incline setting
of the spreading vanes on the spreading disc.
Note:
The quality of the spreading material has a
significant influence on the setting's effect.
Figure 8.2: Adjustable spreading vanes
1.
Set by fixing the spreading vane in one of
the 4 holes.
Note:
One setting (see figure 8.2) spreads the material
further to the left. The further right the vanes are
fixed, the further right the material is spread.
8.3 Spreading quantity
The quantity to be spread is set via the pusher.
Fix the desired maximum size of the opening via
setting screw J.
When using the remote control, use setting screw K.
Insert the lever on the remote control into the holder
on the towing vehicle and use for opening/closing.
Fix the remote control to the towing vehicle with
clamping screw H.
