The unit makes a loud noise when operating
The air filter is clogged.

This is normal. This unit is supplied with an Auto defrost feature.

Drain hose water leakage
Check the correct installation of the drain hose.

Check for any blockage or damage of the drain hose.

Pump operation indicator is blinking:
Please power off the unit and unplug. Check the bellow:
Pump filter cleaning:
Remove the bucket from the unit, remove the pump and clean the filter. Notice if the pump
l
hose is blocked or bent over.
Empty any water collected form the bucket.

Reinstall pump hose and replace the bucket. Power on the unit. If error repeats, call for
l
service.
When bucket is removed if the pump hose disconnects, before replacing the bucket the
l
pump hose must be reconnected. Power on the unit, if error repeats, call for service.
Understanding Error and Protection codes
Error Codes:
AS- Humidity module sensor error--Power off unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to
reset. If error persists, call for service.
ES- Tube Temperature sensor error-- Power off unit and temporarily unplug allowing device
to reset. If error persists, call for service.
EC- Refrigerant leakage detection— Unit auto detects refrigerant leakage, if this occurs the
EC code will appear. Power off unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to reset. If error
persists, call for service.
Ε3- Unit malfunction—Unplug unit, and plug back in. If error repeats, call for service.
Eb – Bucket is removed or not in correct position—Place bucket in correct position (available
only for unit supplied with the pump feature).
Protection Code:
P2- The water tank is full or not installed correctly. Empty the tank or install it properly.
