Cleaning
Clean the lid, the basket and the base after every use.
Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as bleach, petrol or
acetone to clean the sterilizer.
Note: Let the sterilizer cool down before you clean it.
1 Clean the sterilizer parts in hot water with some liquid soap.
Note: You can also clean the sterilizer parts in the dishwasher.
2 After cleaning, dry all parts properly.
Note: After cleaning, store the sterilizer in a clean, dry place.
This product has no other user-serviceable parts. For assistance call 1-800-54-AVENT

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Philips Electronics North America Corporation (USA) and Philips Electronics Ltd (CANADA)
warrant each new Philips AVENT product, model SCF283, SCF282, or SCF281 against defects
in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, and agrees to
repair or replace any defective product without charge.
IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse,
lack of reasonable care, or the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product.
NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
