Ensure that the scale is centered and square to the stringers.

Mark the position of the weigh beams and make new mounting holes suited for M12
or ½" bolts. (Refer to

Place the scale on the conveyor stringers with the arrows on the weigh blocks
pointing in the direction of belt travel (retreat idlers). Mount the modified idler onto
the scale using the clamping brackets.
