Before embarking on any exer-
cise programme, including the
Gymform® Total ABS Plati-
num, consult your general prac-
titioner and your physiotherapist.
Ensure that you read the instruc-
tions, warnings and precautions
carefully before using your Gym-
form® Total ABS Platinum.
Gymform® Total ABS Platinum
is designed for healthy adults.
However, the device should be
used with care. Read the follow-
ing guidelines and instruction
manual before using the prod-
uct.
- Applying electrodes in the
thorax area may increase the
risk of cardiac fibrillation.
- Using the Gymform® Total
ABS Platinum while connect-
ed to a high-frequency surgi-
cal unit may cause burns at
the contact points of the Gym-
form® Total ABS Platinum and
may result in damage to your
Gymform® Total ABS Plati-
num.
- Operation of a short-wave
therapeutic device or micro-
wave oven in the general vi-
cinity (e.g. 1 metre away) may
cause instability in the output
power of the Gymform® Total
ABS Platinum.
- This is a powerful electrical
muscle stimulation device and
may cause injury if you start
with the most advanced ex-
ercise programme right away.
Start with a lower level and
gradually increase the inten-
sity.
- Do not use on children or an-
imals.
- Do not use while driving or
sleeping.
- Do not use in the bathroom
or in other places with a high
amount of moisture or humid-
ity.
- The batteries should be re-
moved from the device before
it is disposed of.
- The batteries should be safe-
ly disposed of.
- This appliance can be used
by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the haz-
