UNPACKING
REMOVE ALL THE PARTS FROM THE BOX
ATTENTION! If any part is missing or damaged, do not plug in your
tool until the missing or damaged part is replaced.
Your grinder is fully assembled in the carton with the exception of some
small parts.
Carefully unwrap the two flexible LED work lights from around the base.

ASSEMBLY AND SETUP

WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, never connect plug to power
source outlet until all assembly steps are complete and until you have
read and understood the entire owner's manual.
ATTACHING SPARK DEFLECTORS AND EYE SHIELDS
1. Loosen the bolt (E1, fig 3) holding the spark deflector / shield mount at
the top of the wheel guard.
2. Swing up into position the spark deflector / shield mount at the top of the
wheel guard (fig 4).
3. The lower edge of the spark deflector should be no more than 1/4"
(6 mm) above the face of the grinding wheel.
4. Tighten to secure the spark deflector onto the wheel guard.
