Correct wearing

When you have pulled the VenenWalker
tightly, but only as tight as it is comfortable to wear. Please make sure you have the right
size. If the shoes are not tied tightly or if you do not have the right size, the effectiveness
may be reduced.

Correct walking

Please slowly start practising the correct way to walk to ensure effective use of the active
shoe. Put the foot to the front, and at the same time pull the toes in the direction of the
shin. Place the rounded sole on the group, and use the rounding to roll gently. Feel the
movement of the gel pad. Stretch the foot in direction of the calf to complete the step.
Repeat this step sequence slowly to get used to the correct walking with the active shoe.
Be conscious about walking! Once you have got used to the movement, you can walk a
little faster, but by no means run!

Functionality

Please observe:
As described in this chapter, the shoe may assist the vein activities whilst walking, but not
whilst sitting or standing. However, it may stimulate the vein activities by rocking whilst
standing.
On account of the rounded heel, the VenenWalker® active shoe supports the lifting of
the toes and the rolling movement of the foot. Whilst walking or rocking, the gel pad
produces an alternating pressure on the sole of the foot by your own weight. By this
action, the natural functions of the vein pump are intensifi ed.
When applied correctly, the VenenWalker® active shoe supports the vein functions of the
legs in three ways:

(1) Calf-muscle pump

active shoe over your feet, please tie the laces
®
By lifting the foot in direction of the shin
and stretching the foot in direction of the
calf whilst walking, the so-called calf-
muscle pump is activated. By contracting
and relaxing the muscles, the veins are
compressed and relieved again. By this
action the blood in the veins is pumped in
direction of the heart.
