Standby mode
Press once to put the Alarm Monitor into "Armed mode".
Armed mode
Press once to put the Alarm Monitor into "Standby mode".
Siren activated
Press once to silence the siren. Press again to put the Alarm Monitor back into "Standby mode".
Operation
Arming
Turn the fence energiser on to power up your fence. Press the "Set" button on the Alarm
Monitor.
The Armed light turns on to indicate that the Alarm Monitor is now in "armed mode". The
"Pulse" light flashes to indicate the presence of electric fence voltage pulses.
Disarming
Press the "Set" button to turn off the monitoring, returning the Alarm Monitor to "Standby
mode". The "Armed" light turns off. Turn off the fence energiser if required.

Low battery warning

A low battery warning is included in the Alarm Monitor. This is active only when in "Standby
mode".
If the battery voltage falls below 12.2 V, then the buzzer inside the Alarm Monitor will beep
every 10 seconds and the siren will sound briefly every minute.
The low battery warning will automatically reset when the battery voltage rises above 12.5 V.
The battery voltage is normally between 12.5 and 13.2 V.
