LAMPING & RELAMPING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove screw securing sheet metal plate to bottom of housing and remove the plate. See
Figure 4. Note that in doing so, the plunger of a safety switch will extend. This switch is a
safety feature that will ensure the extinguishing of the UVC lamp. This safety feature is NOT
a suitable substitute for failing to disconnect AC service at the breaker during future relamping.

Rotate louver assembly forward and downward to access UVC lamp chamber. See Figure 5.
Insert lamp into lamp holders and rotate lamp to secure it. Rotate louver assembly back into
original position and replace sheetmetal plate and screw removed in Figure 4. Ensure that
plunger of safety switch is depressed by the sheetmetal plate.
