BEGRENZTE GARANTIE
FÜR SPÜLEN, SPÜLENELEMENTE UND
SPÜLENMODULE («DAS PRODUKT»)

d i e
[ f i x e n ]
Edelstahlkomponenten des Produkts für ihre
Lebensdauer sowie auf die sonstigen [mobilen]
Teile, Elemente und Zubehörteile für zwei Jahre
ab Kaufdatum eine Garantie gegen Material- und
Verarbeitungsfehler. Diese begrenzte Garantie
erstreckt sich nur auf den ursprünglichen
Besitzer/Endverbraucher und ist nicht auf
nachfolgende Käufer übertragbar.
Im Falle eines Anspruchs im Rahmen der
begrenzten Garantie muss ein Kaufbeleg
vorgewiesen werden. Bewahren Sie daher bitte
den Originalkaufbeleg auf.
Diese Garantie ist auf Fehler oder Schäden bei
normaler Privatnutzung begrenzt und umfasst
nicht:
a)
Oberflächenkorrosion [chemisch oder
natürlich];
b)
Abnutzung und Kratzer;
c)
f a l s c h e
V e r w e n d u n g ,
u n n o r m a l e
V e r w e n d u n g ,
m i s s b r ä u c h l i c h e
Verwendung;
d)
Dellen;
e)
V e r f o r m u n g e n
d u r c h
S c h l a g - /
Stoßeinwirkung;
f)
normalen Verschleiß und normale
Abnutzung;
g)
nicht in Übereinstimmung mit den
schriftlichen Anweisungen von Dornbracht
erfolgte Installation, Instandhaltung und
Reinigung
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind ferner:
h)
gewerbliche Nutzung
i)
umweltbedingte Faktoren
j)
Porto-, Versand- und Abwicklungskosten
für die Rücksendung des Produkts oder
von Komponenten zwecks Reparatur oder
Austausch im Rahmen dieser begrenzten
Garantie
k)
Arbeits-, Bearbeitungs- und sonstige
Kosten, die im Zusammenhang mit
dem Produkt oder der Entfernung von
Komponenten, Reparaturen, Austausch,
Anpassung oder Installation im Rahmen
dieser begrenzten Garantie entstehen
l)
indirekte oder Folgeschäden
Dornbracht kann nach seinem alleinigen
Ermessen das Produkt oder Komponenten
reparieren, austauschen oder entsprechend
anpassen, um die volle Funktionsfähigkeit
des Produkts oder der Komponenten
wiederherzustellen. Dornbracht behält sich das
Recht vor, die Installation vor dem Austausch
des Produkts oder seiner Komponenten zu
inspizieren.
Diese begrenzte Garantie erlischt, falls das
Produkt oder Komponenten repariert, verändert
oder modifiziert wurden, sofern dies nicht von
Dornbracht oder unter Aufsicht von Dornbracht
durchgeführt wurde.
Diese begrenzte Garantie ersetzt alle sonstigen
ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden
Garantien, einschließlich der stillschweigenden
Garantie hinsichtlich der Gebrauchstauglichkeit
oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck.

z u r
Produktgewährleistung sind von Staat zu Staat
bzw. Provinz zu Provinz unterschiedlich. Diese
Garantie soll nicht im Widerspruch zu den
gesetzlichen Bestimmungen stehen oder so
ausgelegt werden.
Falls Sie der Ansicht sind, einen Garantieanspruch
zu haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an den
Kundendienst.
LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR SINKS, SINK-UNITS AND SINK-MODULES
("THE PRODUCT")
Dornbracht warrants for their lifetime the [fix]
stainless steel components of the Product and,
for a two-years period following the purchase
date, the other [mobile] parts, options and
accessories, against defects of material and
workmanship.This limited warranty extends
only to the original owner/end user and is not
transferable to any subsequent purchaser.
In the event of a limited warranty claim, original
proof of purchase will be required – save original
sales receipt.
This warranty is limited to defects or damages
resulting from a normal residential use and does
not cover those caused by:
a)
surface corrosion [chemical or natural];
b)
scuffs or scratches;
c)
misuse, abnormal or abusive use;
d)
dents;
e)
deformation caused by the impact of any
object;
f)
normal wear and tear;
g)
installation, maintenance and cleaning not
in accordance with the written instructions
provided by Dornbracht;
or those resulting from:
h)
commercial use;
i)
environmental factors;
j)
postage or shipping and handling costs for
returning the Product or components for
repairs or replacement under this limited
warranty;
k)
labor, workmanship or other costs
incurred in connection with the Product or
components removal, repairs, replacement,
adjustment or installation under this limited
warranty;
l)
incidental or consequential damages.
Dornbracht, at its sole option, may repair,
replace or make appropriate adjustments to the
Product or components necessary to restore
the Product or its components to good working
condition. Dornbracht reserves the right to
inspect the installation prior to the replacement
of the Product or its component parts.
This limited warranty is null and void if the
Product or components have been repaired,
altered or modified other than by Dornbracht or
under its supervision.
This limited warranty replaces any and all other
warranty, express or implied, including implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. Laws governing product
warranties may vary from state or province
to another. This warranty is not intended to
contravene to the public order and shall not be
so interpreted.
